This information will enable our Commentators, and Press personnel to give you the best Media exposure

Video Camera: (click here to download 29kb) Please send the Video Form with your Confirmation Slip, for Signing by the Clerk of the Course, prior to the Event

On-Line Entry

Open entry form (link on left) and follow the instructions carefully

Regs - click the link on the left to download.

To print click on File, (on the left at top of the opened file page), select Print or Save As, and save to your desktop.

Service Info, and Video Camera - download as above and complete

Send the Confirmation printout for your Entry, along with the completed Service Info & Camera forms to the Entries Secretary with your cheque.

Media Form - download as above, and when completed email to granitepress@hotmail.co.uk

You will not be allowed to sign on until the completed Service Info form has been received by the Entries Secretary either by post or at Signing On.

Camera Form - must be sent along with the Confirmation Slip to the Entries Secretary.

All entries will be acknowledged, either by email or by "snail mail", upon receipt of the Confirmation slip(hard copy), and a cheque for the full Entry Fee, Insurance Fees, Service Packs, etc

Entries will NOT be confirmed unless the FULL payment accompanies the Entry Confirmation Slip, and Camera Form if required.
